Exchange Policy

At UAB RAZER STORE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Please review our exchange policy below.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Exchanges are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

2. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us – Email info@uabrazerstore.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item if it is defective or damaged.
  2. Approval & Instructions – Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
  3. Ship the Item – Return the item using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
  4. Processing & Replacement – Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send a replacement within 5-7 business days, subject to availability.

3. Exchange for a Different Item

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different model, size, or variant, please mention this in your request.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a store credit or refund instead.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Gift cards or downloadable software
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs
  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories

5. Exchange Shipping Costs

  • If the exchange is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or defective item sent), we will cover the shipping costs.
  • For all other exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
